The birds of spring

Warm winds and breezes and skies of blue
Mother nature has a lot to do
All the leaves and the petals from last year's fall
Are the ground and the soil to renew it all
The chimes of life are ringing and then
I'd like to hear the birds singing again

The chills of winter have made me blue
The spirit of spring has a lot to do
But all the fragrance of last year's flowers
Will help to enhance and renew my power
